Corporate Sustainability Consultancy Inc. was founded with a clear mission: to raise awareness among organizations, whether institutions, corporations, or SMEs, about the most influential stakeholders in corporate sustainability development, their employees. Employees play a critical role in shaping and driving an organization’s environmental sustainability strategy, yet their involvement is often overlooked.

 

My passion for teaching and my deep understanding of the key drivers behind successful corporate sustainability initiatives led me to create the Exclusive Masterclass Course: “Fundamental Strategies for Corporate Sustainability Development and Management.” This course not only highlights but also substantiates the idea that employees' intrinsic and legitimate role within an organization's framework can be justified as a Business Case for Corporate Sustainability.

 

The desire to share my knowledge, make a meaningful impact, and contribute to a more sustainable world is what gave life to Corporate Sustainability Consultancy Inc. My mission is to bring attention to the critical challenge in sustainability: bridging the gap between corporate expectations and employees’ engagement and participation.
